Voting for the Supplier Awards is open to all licensed travel agents in the Republic of Ireland who will each have one vote in each category. Owner managers are encouraged to consult with staff when deciding who to cast their vote in favour of.
The following should be considered:

  • Quality of Product
  • Quality of Service
  • Range of Product
  • Price Competitiveness
  • Customer Service and Ability to Resolve Problems
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• The period covered is the calendar year 2025.
• The voting results will determine the finalists short list. Maximum five companies for each award.
• No agency can vote for any company or organisation by which it is owned in whole or in part, or for which it is a dedicated franchise outlet.
• The first vote received from each agency is the ONLY vote that will be counted. All other votes received with the same license number will be eliminated.
• The closing date for receipt of supplier votes is December 21st, 2025 at 5.00pm
• This voting process will be overseen by an independent scrutineer.
• All votes are kept confidential and the judge’s decision is final.

Voting Opening Date: 1st December, 2025
Voting Closing Date: 21st December, 2025
Finalists Announced: 9th January, 2026
Awards Presentation Date: 22nd January, 2026
